Founded in 1992 by Dr. Alexander Mirtchev, Krull Corp. is a high-end solutions provider with a focus on navigating the complexities of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

As the President of Krull Corp., Dr. Mirtchev is actively engaged in macroeconomics, geopolitics, and emerging security trends and policy challenges. During the course of his business career, Mirtchev was director of the international business and investment division at Stewart & Stewart, a top-rated Washington, D.C. law firm specializing in international trade remedy proceedings and WTO negotiations. He has served as president and chairman of several enterprises in the area of artificial intelligence and other technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. He was also chairman of a sustainable development fund, board member of a sovereign wealth fund, and chairman of a high-end risk-mitigation services joint venture with a NASDAQ-listed corporation, among other notable positions. Dr. Mirtchev is also an academic, author, and philanthropist. He is a Distinguished Visiting Professor at the SCHAR School of Policy and Government at George Mason University. He was also a Professorial Fellow and Distinguished Senior Fellow at the University.

Currently, Dr. Mirtchev is a Distinguished Visiting Professor at the SCHAR School of Policy and Government at George Mason University. He was also a Professorial Fellow and Distinguished Senior Fellow at the University.

Alexander Mirtchev serves as a Vice Chair of the Atlantic Council of the United States. There he is also a member of the Board of Directors, the Executive and Strategy Committees, and the Advisory Board to the Scowcroft Center for Strategy and Security.

He is a member of the James Madison Council at the Library of Congress.

He is a founding member of the Council to the Kissinger Institute on China and the U.S. at the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars. He was also a senior fellow and a member of the Wilson National Cabinet.

Mirtchev also contributes to the international defense and global economic security policy realm as a member of the UK’s Royal United Services Institute for Defense and Security, RUSI. He also served as Vice President of RUSI and as Executive Chairman of RUSI International.

Dr. Mirtchev is the author of The Prologue: The Alternative Energy Megatrend in the Age of Great Power Competition. He has appeared as an analyst in major international media such as MSNBC, CNBC, BBC World News, Al Jazeera, Bloomberg Television, Voice of America, and Focus Washington. He has served as editor and publisher of academic journals, was a member of the Fox Business “Wall Street Week” Advisory Board and is currently editor of the Atlantic Council “Strategy Papers.”

He obtained an LL.M. degree in International and Comparative Law from George Washington University and a Ph.D. in Philosophy from St. Kliment Ohridski University, where he was an associate professor. Mirtchev studied economics and finance at the London School of Economics, Boston University, and Harvard Business School. He also received Honorary Doctorates from several international academic institutions.

Mirtchev enjoys classical philosophy, opera, and painting. He is collecting Noel Coward artwork and is the curator of the Ancient Greek Tanagra figurines educational project.
